PureBreeze LLC provides subscription-based air fresheners with monthly Bible verses to encourage spiritual reflection and growth. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Subscription Model: PureBreeze LLC offers subscription plans for air fresheners delivered monthly. The subscription will automatically renew each month on the 10th for the upcoming months delivery unless canceled prior.
  • Billing: By subscribing, you authorize PureBreeze LLC to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the initial payment and on the same day of each following month (ie your initial order is on the 15th you will be billed the 15th of each following month). You can view and manage your subscription in your customer account.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are charged separately and may vary depending on the number of air fresheners purchased.

3. Subscription Management and Cancellations

  • Subscription Modifications: You can modify your subscription (e.g., quantity or frequency) or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting customer support at support@purebreezestore.com.
  • Cancellations: To avoid being billed for the upcoming cycle, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Once the subscription has been processed for the month, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • PureBreeze LLC products are shipped using (USPS) and typically arrive within 7 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us sometime within the month at support@purebreezestore.com for assistance.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective. If you receive a damaged or defective air freshener, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on our subscription items.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change we will notify all customers of pricing changes in an email to each customer. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time.
  • Taxes: PureBreeze LLC may collect sales tax where required by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information, including billing and shipping addresses, is accurate.
